Plug‑and‑Play MagneRide Magnetic Ride Bypass

The OBD/SS Classic is our most popular, easiest-to-install magnetic ride bypass module. It plugs right into the OBD‑II port with no ride-height trim needed and runs in just minutes. When you remove your magnetic shocks, just plug in the module; it silences the factory suspension system so you won’t get any DTCs or speed limits.

If your vehicle is lifted or lowered and the ride sensors are disconnected, you will need to add our Ride Height Simulators; no trim procedure needed. Need your OBD‑II port open for another device like a tracker? Choose between our easy pass‑thru cable or a hidden OEM-style replacement port splitter.

RPO Support:

  • F55
  • Z95
  • FE4

Effortless Installation

Simply plug into the OBD-II port. There is no need for ride height trim procedures or specialized scan tools.

Comprehensive Compatibility

Supports GM vehicles equipped with MagneRide systems, including models with RPO codes Z95, F55, and FE4.

Adaptive to Modifications

Our Ride Height Simulators must be purchased separately for lifted or lowered vehicles.

Preserves Auto-Leveling

For SUVs with rear air shocks, maintain auto-level functionality by replacing magnetic air shocks with non-magnetic air shocks.

Power-Efficient Design

Automatically powers down 5 seconds after detecting no CANbus activity, preventing battery drain.

Seamless Plug-and-Play Suspension Bypass for GM Vehicles

The ShockSims OBD/SS Module offers a straightforward solution for GM vehicle owners aiming to replace factory MagneRide suspension systems. This plug-and-play device connects directly to your vehicle's OBD-II port.

Permanently silence your suspension fault codes

Bypassing the Suspension Control Module (SCM) to eliminate "Service Suspension" warnings, speed limiters, and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).

Remove Speed Limiter When DTC is Active

Unlock full vehicle performance by automatically disabling the speed limiter when the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) is active.
