Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following information to understand how we handle shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supplier availability, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather conditions.

Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and size of the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
