Sealed ends for a clean finish
Tidy up your unused connectors and help keep dust and debris out of the connection.
A set of four dust caps for the shock connectors left open after the factory adaptive dampers come off. Four caps per kit, one per corner.
The factory shock connector is sealed by the damper plugged into it. Take the damper off, and that seal is gone, leaving the two-pin connector open in the wheel well. Each cap slides into the open connector and closes it back up. It is a passive part. There are no electronics in it, nothing to wire, and it has no effect on how your vehicle or your OBD/SS module operates.
An unmated connector in the wheel well takes direct road spray, salt, and grit. The caps keep that off the terminals and keep the connector clean if you ever plug a factory damper back in. They also tidy up the wheel well after the delete.
These cap the two-pin shock connector. Compare the connector on your vehicle to the photos before ordering.
