Warranty Policy
Overview
ShockSims is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Our products are designed for performance and reliability, and we stand behind them with warranties that protect against defects in materials and workmanship. The following policy outlines the coverage period, eligibility, and exclusions for each type of product. This warranty policy applies to the original purchaser for defects, but excludes normal wear and tear and misuse. This warranty is non-transferable, requires proof of purchase, and does not cover labor or incidental damages. Shipping costs for warranty returns are typically covered by ShockSims.

Eligibility and Claim Process
-
Original purchaser only – The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
-
Proper use and installation – Products must have been installed and used according to ShockSims instructions. Warranties do not apply to products that have been modified, misused, improperly installed, or installed on non-approved vehicles. Use of non-approved components or modifications voids the warranty.
-
Exclusions – Warranties do not cover:
-
Normal wear and tear – Items such as dust boots, mounting hardware, or components that wear over time are excluded.
-
Corrosion or cosmetic damage – Surface finish, rust, fading, or dents are not covered.
-
Damage from misuse or accidents – Damage caused by racing, competition, off-road use, accidents, road hazards, or acts of nature is excluded.
-
Improper installation or removal – Damage due to additional tools or failure to follow instructions is not covered.
-
Unauthorized modifications – Products that have been altered or combined with non-approved components are not covered.

-
Package and ship the item – Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product. ShockSims will typically provide a return shipping label.
-
Evaluation – ShockSims will inspect the product. If it is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it with the same or a comparable product. If repair or replacement is not feasible, at ShockSims' discretion, we may refund the purchase price.

-
No labor coverage – The warranty covers parts only. ShockSims does not reimburse labor costs for installation or removal.
