If you already have Shock Simulators and then decide later to lift or lower your vehicle beyond its stock range, these Ride Height Simulators plug directly into the wiring harness to keep your Suspension Control Module (SCM) from throwing errors. When lifting or lowering your vehicle it may become impossible for the Ride Height sensor wiring or link to physically reach or connect properly. When this happens you will need to Simulate the Ride Height Sensors or else you will still receive "Service Suspension" warnings. No dash lights, no limp mode, and no calibration or trim procedure ever needed when paired with our OBS/SS line of products.
Ride Height Simulators only help simulate the vehicles height when lifting or lowering beyond factory specs, they don’t help when replacing only the shocks or struts. If you’re changing to new aftermarket shocks or struts, you still need one our OBS/SS options or Kit to simulate the shocks. Visit our Supported Vehicles page to find the right simulator for your vehicle.
